I was desperate, so I finally just initialized it with option 6.
But when I chose that, it said it couldn't be completed because the system storage was unreadable. I literally tried every option that didn't require erasing my data and games, including rebuilding the database. And I did that, only after restarting the PS4 in Safe Mode again to give me the standard Safe Mode options 1-7. You can download the update file for reinstallation from ". Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable, and press the PS button". When it restarted, it was in Safe Mode, and the message on the screen said "Cannot start the PS4. The bar stopped at around 26% and then my PS4 cut off. It didn't power on as fast as it normally does, and when the screen popped up on my TV, it showed where it was reading the system storage and had a progress bar.
